We currently only ship in the U.S. 

In the near future, we hope to be shipping to all international buyers!

When will my order arrive?

All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

Processing may take up 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Your order will usually arrive within 2-6 days.

OOPS! I sent you the wrong address! What should I do?

Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] once you realize you've entered the wrong address, and we then can change it to the correct one. But if your order has already been processed and shipped, it's out of our hands.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Unfortunately, CharmedxCharm has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages. Please do try contacting USPS for any further info of your package whereabouts.
