What is your return policy?

There are no returns or exchanges due to covid, but we do appreciate feedback.

When do you do refunds?

We only do refunds if your package has been sent back to us due to your address not being correct and will refund you back the total of the items that you've purchased before shipping was added. We do not refund back shipping cost.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we've already started processing your order.

Can I place a wholesale order?

Sorry, as of right now we're currently not offering any wholesale purchase. In the near future, we are hoping to do wholesale.
